The OA Phoenix office has closed
As of February 27, 2026, the office at 1219 E Glendale Ave #23 is closed. Meetings previously held there have moved — new locations are marked in red on the list.

Before you go

What to expect at your first meeting

Nothing is required of you. Come as you are, and leave whenever you need to. We suggest trying six meetings before deciding whether OA is right for you.

You never have to speak

Say “I pass” or nothing at all. Many of us spent our first meetings just listening, and that counts.

No weigh-ins, no diet plan

OA endorses no particular way of eating. Meetings are about the Twelve Steps and the fellowship, not food rules.

Anonymity is the foundation

First names only. Who you see and what you hear at a meeting stays there — always.
